In her role as Director, Stakeholder Engagement, Kim amplifies the impact of the Foundation and its partners by facilitating shared learning, strengthening strategic relationships, and communicating key insights to stakeholders and other diverse audiences. This work includes providing oversight of the John T. Gorman Fellowship program and Alumni Network, as well as designing and implementing stakeholder convenings and other events throughout the year.
Before joining the Foundation, Kim held national and statewide leadership roles with Asian Pacific Islander American Scholars and the Mitchell Institute. Prior to these roles, Kim held positions in admissions and career development at Bates College.
Kim is an alumna of the John T. Gorman Fellowship as well as the Asian Pacific American Women’s Leadership Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Middlebury College and has been certified as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and Strong Interest Inventory® practitioner, as well as a Global Career Development Facilitator.
