At the end of March, the City Council of Rochester, New Hampshire established a microloan program for local businesses. The city of Rochester approved funding for all 13 businesses that applied for microloans of $5,000 or less. Rochester City Council is also considering creating a similar microloan program, this time to help households pay their rent or mortgage. #covid-19
